The first South Korean swimmer in history to win back-to-back medals at

the long course (50 meters) world championships, Hwang will try to win a

trio of titles at his first Asian Games. Hwang has the best chance of

winning gold in the 100 and 200 meter freestyle events and the 800 meter freestyle relay.

Hwang has already shown that he is world-class in his main event, the 200-

meter freestyle. His 800-meter freestyle relay team with Kim Woo-min,

Yang Jae-hoon (Gangwon-do) and Lee Ho-joon (Daegu City Hall) is also

unbeatable in Asia.

In the 100m freestyle, he will face stiff competition from Fan Zhanle

Kim Woo-min (KOR)

‘Winless for 3 months’ Na Gyun-ahn rebounds in last appearance

Lotte Giants pitcher Na Kyun-an.
Na Kyun-ahn (25-Lotte Giants)

Who is competing in the Hangzhou Asian Games with the Korean flag,

will try to break a long winless streak in his final start before joining Ryu Joong-il-ho.

Na will take the mound against the KT Wiz of the 2023 Shinhan Bank

SOL KBO League at Katie Wiz Park in Suwon, 한국야동 South Korea on April 21.

The game will be Na’s last in a Lotte uniform before the Asian Games,

where he will be called up to the baseball team led by Ryu Jung-il.

Originally, Na was scheduled to pitch against the Hanwha Eagles in

Daejeon on the 20th, but the schedule was pushed back a day due to the

cancellation of the entire KBO season due to the fall rains that soaked the country.

The KT game is crucial for Na, 성인웹툰 who is in desperate need of a rebound.

He earned a spot at the Asian Games after a stellar start to the season,

including being named the KBO League’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) in

April, but has been on a downward spiral since donning the Korean flag.

On June 9

The day the final rosters for the Asian Games were announced, Na earned

his sixth win of the season with seven innings of one-run ball against the

Daegu Samsung Lions. However, in his next nine starts, he lost five games

without a win. His pitching wasn’t good either, with a 4.27 ERA and six

starts of five innings or less.

With no wins, Na has the second fewest wins of any starter selected for the

Asian Games after Koo Chang-mo (1 win, NC Dinos). However, Koo

hasn’t pitched in the first team in over 100 days due to a left arm injury, so

he’s actually off the pace.

Still, the encouraging part is that Na has recorded three consecutive quality

starts (6+ innings and 3 or fewer earned runs) since August 27 against

Sasak KT. His strikeout rate has also improved again, with nearly half of

his 25 outs coming on strikeouts.

For Na

He’ll be looking to rebound strongly in his final game before his national

team call-up to gain confidence and join Ryu in the lineup.

In three appearances against KT this season, Na went 1-2 with a 3.79

ERA. He struggled in Suwon on June 21, giving up six runs in five innings,

but didn’t show much weakness in the other two games, going seven

innings in both. 19가이드03

Swimmer Hwang Sun-woo “Focused on speed and training to overcome the middle distance”

“I will do my best to hear the Korean fans cheering”
“A lot of unit speed and a good record”
South Korean swimmer Hwang Sun-woo

(20-Gangwon Provincial Office) is determined to defeat Chinese

swimming star Fan Zhan-li at the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games.

“I think there will be a lot of Chinese fans cheering for Pan Zhan’er

because it’s in China, 섯다 her homeland,” Hwang said in an interview at

Incheon International Airport before departing for Hangzhou on Aug. 21.

“But there are also Korean fans and people in the stands, and people who

believe in me, so I will do my best to listen to their cheers.”

Hwang

Will compete for gold with Fan Zhan-li in the men’s 100-meter freestyle

on Sept. 24. “My best time in the 100-meter freestyle is 47.5 seconds from

the Tokyo Olympics, and Pan Zhanlei’s record is 47.2 seconds, so I’m

about 0.3 seconds behind,” said Hwang.

Hwang said he trained intensively for his 100m freestyle gold. “I’m still

behind Pan Zhan’er’s record and I have a little bit of a gap, 온라인섯다 so

I’ve been training to increase my unit speed to make up a lot of ground in

the 100m freestyle and to increase my speed in the last 50m so that I can

break my personal record and have a race with no regrets,” he said.

“When I look at my training this week, I think I’ve improved a lot in my

unit speed,” Hwang said, “and I have a little bit of a feeling that I might be

able to get a good time in the 100 meters.”

The competition schedule is not bad either. At this meet, Hwang will

compete in the 100-meter freestyle before moving on to his main event,

the 200-meter freestyle. She hopes to improve on her previous

performance in the 100 meters. “Whenever I go to international

competitions, I always have the 200m final and then the 100m

preliminaries and semifinals the next day, so it took a lot of effort to get to

the 100m final at the World Championships,” said Hwang. “This time, I

have the 100m freestyle first. Since it’s the Asian Games, 카지노사이트랭

the preliminaries are not as tough as the World Championships, so I

think if I manage my fitness well, I will be able to achieve a good time in

the 100m freestyle final at the Asian Games.”

I’m concerned about the boldness of China and the organizers to help Panzaner.

Park Tae-hwan

Was subjected to four blood tests at the 2010 Guangzhou Games.

Hwang Sun-woo

Could have a similar experience. “Doping (tests) can be a bad thing that

can delay the competition, but it’s not like I’ve done it once or twice, I’ve

done it dozens of times, so I think the biggest challenge is to adapt well

and prepare for the given situation and manage my physical condition well,” Hwang said.

Hwang

said he will also be going for gold in the 800-meter freestyle relay. “My relay teammates, (Lee) Ho-joon, (Kim) Woo-min, and (Yang) Jae-hoon, have all improved their 200-meter practice times by a lot,” he said, “so if we don’t make any mistakes and just show what we’ve prepared, I think we can get the results we want.”

Hwang said he hopes to bring his experience from the Olympic and World Championships to the Games. “I think I have a lot of experience because this is the first Asian Games where I have competed in both the Olympic Games and the World Championships,” he said. “This time, I want to utilize this experience a little bit and showcase my stage easily at the Asian Games.” 고스톱

Socks, lenses, from left to right…Hangzhou AG representatives’ routines – jinxes

In sports, mental strength is just as important as physical ability.

No matter how much effort you put in, if you’re nervous, you won’t be able to perform at your best.

Athletes who have practiced a sport to the national level have their own ways of dealing with nerves.

These unique behaviors are called “routines”. It’s a systematic way to keep your body and mind in a constant state of mind.

Athletes who are desperate to win or perform well sometimes resort to “superstitions” to achieve psychological relief. This is jinxing.

The Korean Sports Federation recently released information on the preparations and hobbies of 166 of the 1,140 athletes representing the Hangzhou Asian Games in a data book. Here are 15 of the most unusual routines and jinxes.

Korean men’s archery standout Kim Woo-jin (Cheongju City) is known for his dislike of the number four.

So much so that he avoids using the number 4 himself before competing.

He doesn’t even roll his rice in soup because it has the nuance of ‘rolling’. He also doesn’t eat bread because he once ate bread before a game and shot a zero.

Lee, who represents kurashi, the national martial art of Uzbekistan, also tries to avoid the number four at all costs. She has developed a routine of taking seven deep breaths just before a competition.

Men’s road cycling powerhouse Zhang Kyung-koo (Voith Guncheong) doesn’t shave until a day before a race.

National rugby team member Lee Jin-gyu (Hyundai Globis), on the other hand, always shaves. He’s been known to perform better when his beard is trimmed.

There are also some athletes who emphasize the left-right order. Lee Ri-young (Busan Swimming Federation), a medalist in the artistic swimming duet category, puts her lenses on from the left.

Ulsan Hyundai FC winger Uhm Won-sang, who leads the K League 1 in professional soccer, also has to put his socks on from the left side.

Lee Jae-Ik of Seoul Eland FC, who will be playing alongside Uhm, is a little more subtle.

“When I enter the stadium, I try not to step on the line if possible, but if I lose the game, I step on the line in the next game,” said Lee Jae-ik.

Kim Eun-ji of the women’s national hockey team listens to “Whitebeard Whale” by YB (Yoon Do-hyun’s band) on the bus ride to the stadium.

The lyrics seem to say, “Don’t worry, you’re not alone, you have your teammates with you,” she says.

Some athletes even have specific routines that are timed.

“I take a half-body bath for 30 minutes before I compete,” says taekwondo poomsae athlete Kang Wan-jin (Hongcheon-gun), who is going for gold. “I also go to bed (at night) at 12:30-1 a.m. and wake up at 6-6:30 a.m. Before that, I try not to sleep even if I’m tired.”

“I don’t trim my nails or cut my hair a week before the race, and I always leave my hostel an hour and a half before the race,” said Kim Ji-hwan (Jeonbuk Sports Association).

For some, it’s all about the outfit.

Kim Dain (Hyundai E&C), a member of the women’s volleyball team, said she only wears the same type of athletic protective gear and underwear that she has worn in previous competitions.

Park Ha-joon (KT), who competes in the 10-meter air rifle event, said, “I have a routine of wearing the same underwear I wore in a match where I had a good result.”

National badminton team member Kim Won-ho (Samsung Life) gave a straightforward answer, showing the essence of his routine as a “ritual” to strengthen his resolve.

“Before a match, I warm up by listening to my favorite songs,” he said, “and I think to myself, ‘If I can’t defeat my opponent, I will die.

Lee Yong-hyun (Chungnam Sports Association), who won a silver medal in wushu toro at the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, also had an impressive answer.

“I had a lot of jinxes, but they all went away. My routine is to think about my maternal grandmother the evening before the competition while looking at the moon or stars.”

Hwang Sun-woo (swimming, Gangwon Provincial Office) and Woo Sang-hyuk (track and field, Yongin City Hall), both world-class performers in their respective sports, did not reveal any special routines or jinxes.

Hwang Sun-woo and Woo Sang-hyuk, who do not have routines or jinxes, said, “I clear my mind before competing,” and “I repeat good thoughts and the words ‘I can do it,'” respectively.

Ahn Se-young (Samsung Life Insurance), the world No. 1 in women’s singles badminton, said her only routine is to organize her shoelaces so they don’t get tangled.

“I go to bed at 11 p.m. (the night before) and meditate. I try not to think about anything before the game starts,” she said. 슬롯

Jang Yeon-hak finishes second in men’s 109kg total at World Weightlifting Championships…

Jang Yeon-hak (27, Asan City) stood on the podium for the first time in his career at the World Weightlifting Championships.

Zhang lifted 182 kilograms on the snatch, 217 kilograms on the bar and 399 kilograms in the men’s 102-kilogram competition at the 2023 World Weightlifting Championships in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Thursday (local time).

Jang finished third in the snatch and jerk, and second in the all-important total.

At the Olympics and Asian Games, medals are awarded for the total score alone, but at the World Championships, medals are awarded for the vault, beam, and total.

Jang won one silver and two bronze medals.

After a string of disappointing results at the World Championships, including 10th place in 2018, 9th place in 2019, and disqualifications in 2021 and 2022, Jang shook off her bad luck in Riyadh.

A silver medalist in the men’s 85 kg at the 2018 Jakarta-Palembang Asian Games, Zhang will look to make it two in a row at the Hangzhou Asian Games, which begin on September 23. As the 102kg category is not an official event at the Hangzhou Asian Games, Zhang will compete in the 109kg category.

Yauheni Chikhanchov, 25, took first place in the vault with a lift of 183 kilograms, but finished ninth in the dragon with 211 kilograms, allowing Zhang, who finished third in both the vault and dragon, to surpass Chikhanchov (394 kilograms) in the total.

Chikanchov, a Belarusian national, competed as an “individual eligible athlete” (AIN) at the Games.

The International Weightlifting Federation conditionally allowed athletes from Russia and its ally Belarus to compete at the World Championships after the latter invaded Ukraine, categorizing them as “AINs” who are not allowed to use their national flags and anthems.

Russia did not compete in the event in protest, while Belarus sent 10 athletes.

Liu Huanhua (22-China) won this weight class with a total of 404 kilograms. Liu Hwan-hwa finished fourth with 180 kilograms in the vault, but bounced back with 224 kilograms in the rings.

Kim Soo-hyun (28-Busan City Sports Association) finished second in the women’s 76kg category, but missed out on a medal by 1kg in the total.

Kim succeeded in lifting 106 kilograms to take second place behind Sara Ahmed (25-Egypt), who lifted 109 kilograms.

However, she could only manage 133 kilograms in the vault and finished fourth in the total (239 kilograms).

The bronze medalist in the all-around, Bella Paredes (21-Ecuador), scored 240 kg (105 kg on vault and 135 kg on floor), one kilogram higher than Kim.

Ahmed swept the three gold medals in the all-around (246 kg) with a first-place finish on the beam (138 kg), while Helen Escobar (24, Ecuador) finished second with a total of 242 kg.

After finishing the World Championships on a disappointing note, Kim will be back in action at the Hangzhou Asian Games. 안전놀이터

Zvezda signing Hwang In-beom “I’m ready for UCL…I can beat Man City”

South Korean midfielder Hwang In-Beom is looking forward to a fresh start at Serbian professional soccer’s prestigious club, Zvezda Zvezda, and has vowed to adapt quickly as he looks forward to competing in the UEFA Champions League (UCL).

Zvezda held a signing ceremony and press conference at its home stadium in Belgrade, Serbia, on Thursday (June 14).

Hwang In-bum, who was a mainstay at Olympiakos in Greece, recently moved to Serbia after struggling with transfer issues.

Zvezda, a Serbian powerhouse that has won the regular league and cup competitions for three consecutive seasons, signed Hwang to a four-year contract.

The transfer was announced earlier this month, but Hwang officially joined Zvezda today after appearing in the Korean national team’s two away A matches in Wales and England.

“I’m looking forward to playing for this club and its fans,” said Hwang In-beom after signing his contract and receiving the number 66 jersey.

“When you come to a new club, you have to adapt to the system, the environment and everything, but I’m a pretty quick player,” he said. “I’ll adapt as quickly here as I did at Olympiacos, Rubin Kazan (in Russia) and Vancouver (in Canada).”

In particular, Hwang said, “Playing at UCL is one of the reasons I came here. Every player wants to play in the best competition in the world, and so do I. I’m ready to play with my teammates, coaches, and fans.”

Zvezda has been drawn in Group G alongside Manchester City (England), Leipzig (Germany), and Young Boys (Switzerland) in the UCL group stage. Their first-round opponent is City, who won the treble last season, including the UCL.

“There is no easy group in the UCL,” says Hwang. “There are some strong teams in our group, and I’m looking forward to playing against a big club like Man City,” said Hwang, adding, “We can win against any team.

Hwang also shared the advice he received from his English Premier League teammates Son Heung-min (Tottenham) and Hwang Hee-chan (Wolverhampton) regarding Man City.

“Son Heung-min and Hwang Hee-chan said, ‘Against City, you have to be ready to play a lot of crazy stuff for 90 minutes,’ and ‘You have to run like a dog,'” said Hwang, who added, “I don’t think we can just keep defending. We have to attack to win,” he said.

Hwang, who will celebrate his 27th birthday on Sept. 20, the day after the Man City game, reiterated his desire to win, saying, “We have to celebrate both the victory and the birthday.”

According to local media, Zvezda paid a transfer fee of 5 million euros (approximately 7 billion won) for Hwang In-bum, the highest in the club’s history.

“It’s good to come to a great club with a record transfer fee,” Hwang said, “but it’s better to have some pressure than none. I think I can manage the pressure well, and it’s important to show myself on the pitch.”

“I hope the team scores a lot of goals and I hope to help the team with a lot of assists,” he added.

“I can play anywhere in the midfield. I think the coach wants me to play as an offensive link, which is something I can do well,” he said, adding, “I think it will be clear after the meeting with the coach.”

During the press conference, there were also questions about Korean soccer and former national team coach Bento (now the head coach of the United Arab Emirates).

“Many people in Serbia will know Son Heung-min and Kim Min-jae (Bayern Munich). In particular, Min-jae is my ‘best friend’.” “There are many players who have just entered Europe from the K League, and there are many talented young players,” he said, “I want more players to come to Europe and show themselves. The national team is already strong, but it will get better.”

On being known as the ‘crown prince’ of the national team under Bento, he said: “I was even called the ‘son’ of the coach in Korea because he always let me play. There was even criticism of him and me,” he said, adding that he was grateful that he “always believed in me.”

“Even now, Coach Bento sometimes calls or messages me to ask how I’m doing,” said Hwang, who added, “It’s hard to explain my career without him. I’ve grown a lot with him. I can say that he is my ‘Portuguese father’,” Hwang expressed his special feelings. 파워볼게임

FIFA World Player of the Year nominees Messi, Holland, Mbappe, and more

Lionel Messi (Argentina/Inter Miami), Eling Halland (Norway/Manchester City), and Kylian Mbappe (France/Paris Saint-Germain) have been nominated for the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Player of the Year award.

FIFA announced the nominees for The Best FIFA Football Awards 2023 on Thursday (local time).

FIFA, which established the Player of the Year award in 1991, combined the award with the Ballon d’Or awarded by French soccer publication France Football in 2010 and named it the FIFA Ballon d’Or, before separating it from the Ballon d’Or in 2016.

The nominations for the Best Player, Goalkeeper and Manager, as well as the FIFA Fan Award, were announced today, with a panel of experts outlining their picks. Nominations for the Pushkasi Award, which recognizes the player who scores the most spectacular goal, will be released on Nov. 21.

The nomination period for the men’s awards ran from Dec. 19 last year, the conclusion of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, to Aug. 20 this year, while the women’s category ran from Aug. 1 last year to Aug. 20, the conclusion of this year’s Women’s World Cup.

There are 12 nominees for Men’s World Player of the Year, including last year’s winner, Messi.

This year, the odds are stacked in favor of Elling Holland, who led City to a triple treble in the 2022-2023 season with 52 goals in 53 official matches, including 36 goals in the English Premier League (EPL) to set a new record for most goals in a single season.

Mbappe, Julian Alvarez (Argentina, City), Marcelo Brozovic (Croatia, Inter Milan, now Alnasr), Kevin De Bruyne (Belgium, City), Ilkay Gundogan (Germany, Man City, now Barcelona) and Rodri (Spain, City) are also in the running.

Hvitsa Kravatshelia (Georgia-Naples), Victor Osimhen (Nigeria-Naples), Declan Rice (England-West Ham, now Arsenal), and Bernardo Silva (Portugal-Man City) also made the list.

Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal-Alnasr) was not nominated after last year.

There are 16 nominees for women’s best player, including Aitana Bonmati, Salma Parajuelo (Barcelona) and Henifer Hermoso (Pachuca), who led Spain to victory at the Women’s World Cup.

Hermoso was the victim of an unwanted kiss from Spanish soccer federation president Luis Rubiales during the World Cup awards ceremony.

World Cup runners-up England also have four nominees, including Lauren James (Chelsea).

Pep Guardiola (Man City), Simone Inzaghi (Inter Milan), Enzi Postecoglou (Celtic, now Tottenham), Luciano Spalletti (Napoli, now Italy), and Xavi (Barcelona) are up for men’s coach of the year.

Competing for the Women’s Head Coach award are Peter Järjarsson (Sweden), Jonatan Iraldez (Barcelona), Toni Gustavsson (Australia), Emma Hayes (Chelsea) and Sarina Wichmann (England).

Jorge Bilda, who led Spain to the Women’s World Cup title, is not included. Bilda, who had a close relationship with Rubiales, was sacked after the “forced kiss” incident.

Japan’s Hinata Miyazawa (Sendai, now Manchester United) was the only Asian nominee for best player, goalkeeper, or coach for both men and women.

Expanding the list to include Asian Football Confederation (AFC) nations, Miyazawa was joined by a handful of Australians, including Postecoglou and Women’s Best Player nominee Sam Kerr (Chelsea).

Jeonbuk Hyundai Advisor Park Ji-sung served as an expert panelist for the men’s category.

The winners are determined by a combination of votes from FIFA member national team managers and captains, media and fans. 스포츠토토

Djokovic reaches US Open quarterfinals

Cruises to 24th major title

Novak Djokovic (#2-Serbia) celebrates after defeating Borna Goyo (#105-Croatia) during their men’s singles round of 16 match at the US Open on March 3, 2018 in New York, United States. Djokovic, bidding for his 24th Grand Slam title, won 3-0 (6-2 7-5 6-4) to reach the quarterfinals where he will face Taylor Fritz (#9-USA).

World No. 2 Novak Djokovic (Serbia) has reached the quarterfinals of the men’s singles competition at the 스포츠토토 U.S. Open tennis tournament ($65 million-$857 million prize pool).

Djokovic defeated 105th-ranked Borna Goyo of Croatia 3-0 (6-2 7-5 6-4) in the round of 16 of the men’s singles at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York City on Thursday.

Djokovic finished runner-up at the 2021 U.S. Open, but missed last year’s tournament as he was unable to step foot on U.S. soil due to not having received a COVID-19 vaccine.

Djokovic, who won his 23rd career major title at this year’s French Open, is making his first appearance at the US Open in two years.

Earlier in the day, 토토 Djokovic bounced back from a 1-2 set deficit against 38th-ranked László Zere (Serbia) in the round of 32 with three straight sets to win the match.

Djokovic will face Taylor Fritz (No. 9-USA) in the quarterfinals.

“It was the first time I played against Borna today and I tried to block his powerful serve,” Djokovic said after the match. “Fortunately, I was able to show my skills in the important moments and won the match in straight sets.”

Along with Djokovic, defending champion Carlos Alcaraz (No. 1-Spain) is the favorite to win the tournament. Alcaraz and Djokovic are drawn in different brackets and will not meet until both players reach the final.

With Alcaraz facing Matteo Arnaldi (#61-Italy) in the round of 16, Djokovic’s quarterfinal victory means he has plenty of time to wait for his next opponent.

Meanwhile, in the women’s singles, Jelena Ostapenko (21st-Latvia) produced an upset in the round of 16, defeating World No. 1 Iga Sibyontek (Poland) 2-1 (3-6 6-3 6-1).

Ostapenko has established herself as a clear ‘nemesis’ against Sibyontek, 스포츠토토링크 winning all four of their meetings.

Ostapenko will play Coco Goff (No. 6-USA) for a spot in the quarterfinals.
