Pete Sullivan, founder and CEO of Jackpot, shared that the company is happy to enable this life-changing victory in the Queens area. The app also received two minutes of air time to integrate into the team’s game action.

83-year-old Ontarian claims maximum prize money of C$60 million Lotto

This week, the Ontario Lotto & Game Company identified the next lottery winner. Vera Page, an 83-year-old mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother from Banquick Hill, Ontario, is the hero of a life-changing Canadian $60 million Lotto Max win. Her amazing windfall dates back to the game’s draw on November 1.

Lotto Max is a popular lottery ticket that is drawn twice a week in Canada, once on Tuesday, and once on Friday. The game’s winnings can reach an astonishing 7,000,000 Canadian dollars, and once the main prize exceeds 5,000,000 Canadian dollars, the draw also offers several Max Million awards. They are worth a considerable amount of Canadian dollars each

Just recently, the main winner visited the OLG office in Toronto to claim her windfall, where she talked more with herself about how she won an incredible prize of C$60 million. She called many of her relatives about the big news, but they didn’t answer the phone or shared that no one believed her.

Mr. Page had been a regular lottery salesman for over forty years, and when her weekly outing to the grocery store at her nursing home was cancelled, she rarely bought the winning ticket. Then she solved the problem herself, got on the scooter with the engine, and went there herself. Her winning ticket was purchased at Foodland on Highway 34 in Van Cleak Hill.

The store’s owner, Justin Phelan, also shared his excitement about the huge $1 million prize. He told Paige that he was quite happy and happy to be part of the experience. Some regular customers said the victory could not have happened to a good person and she deserved a huge prize.

With the money, the winner shares that he wants to buy land on the Ottawa River and build a two-person house for himself and his son’s family. Of course, she also intends to share the money with her extended family and take care of their future. But most of all, as a treat for herself, she will buy a whole new hearing aid.

During the year, lottery winners in Canada made money from the amazing prize money of Lotto Max. For example, in January, 54-year-old Manoharan von Nuturai from Brampton, Ontario, won a life-changing Canadian dollar of 70 million. Fonnuturai is a regular lottery winner for more than 30 years before the Quick Pick selection brought him amazing prize money. 홀짝게임

In the summer, Jennifer Cole, from West Kelowna, British Columbia, also joined the lottery multi-millionaires club. She won an incredible CA$31 million in prize money through weekly Lotto Max subscriptions on Playnow. Her ticket was drawn as the only winner of the grand prize in the draw of a popular ticket game on July 8.

KIA’s Nasta Season Ends with 1 or 2 seniors each

As the KIA Tigers has confirmed its advance to the Korean Series, it will play six more games. Veteran Na Sung-bum was excluded from the first team ahead of the game against the Gwangju NC Dinos on Sunday. He was excluded from the first team along with Eric Stout who injured his hamstring during the game against the Doosan Bears in Jamsil on Wednesday.

“It was canceled as a break. I want to exclude one or two players each from the first team. I played in many matches. I want to exclude one or two players each from the team. I want to exclude them after discussing with the training part. I have one month left until the Korean Series. Even if I play all five to six games, I still experience sensory problems. If so, I think it would be better to minimize such risks because I could get hurt while playing the remaining five to six games,” Lee said.

Na had a break due to major injuries for two consecutive years (calf, hamstring last year, and hamstring this year) since last year. He needs constant maintenance due to leg injury. Na finished this season as he is. He had a batting average of 0.291, 21 homers, 80 RBIs, 51 runs scored, and an OPS of 0.868 in 102 games this season.

Yoon Young-chul and Yoon Do-hyun came up in the absence of Na Sung-bum and Stout. Yoon Young-chul will make his return match for the first time in two months since the match against Gwangju SSG Landers on July 13. If the game is canceled due to rain, it will be postponed to the 22nd, and Yoon Young-chul will also start. 안전놀이터

Yoon was famous as a rival of Kim Do-young during his secondary school years. Since joining the team in 2022, however, he has had continuous injuries. Up until this year, he had to suffer another injury in the Okinawa spring camp, which gave him a chance to display his skills at exhibition games. As Yoon’s team confirmed his direct advance to the Korean Series, he has come to the first division. He will start at No. 5 third base immediately on the day.

Macau October GGR hints at more than 20% drop

Macau’s October gaming sales are on track for the steepest decline this year, and analysts expect casino gross gaming sales (GGR) to fall more than 20% year-over-year.

“Macau posted a GGR of $18.7 billion ($2.3 billion) for the month, meaning its average daily revenue (ADR) was $984 million,” a note from Credit Suisse AG issued in Hong Kong through Oct. 19 read.

The investment bank expected an ADR of $829 million last week, down 15% year-over-year. “While this trend is in line with normal seasonality, year-over-year declines have shrunk from 30% in the first week of October, as sales tend to slow after the Golden Week holiday,” analysts Kenneth Fong and Isis Wong said.

“In October, GGR is expected to be down 18% to 21% year-on-year to $28.9 billion to $29.5 billion, with an ADR of $850 million to $900 million for the rest of the month,” the Credit Suisse team added.

Daiwa Capital Markets expected October sales to drop 21% to 25% year-over-year. “According to surveys in the market, overall activity remains weak,” Daiwa analysts Jamie Su and Adrian Chan said in a note on Tuesday.

The broker said the market share of Sands China Ltd, SJM Holdings Ltd and Galaxy Entertainment Group Ltd has leveled off to about 23%.

Cameron McKnight of Wells Fargo Securities LLC also expects a year-over-year decline of at least 20% in October. “The week-over-week decline was better than last year’s 15% decline in the second week after Golden Week, and smoking cessation doesn’t seem to be an issue at the moment,” McKnight said.

Under the new smoking regulations, casino public floors, including premium public spaces, will be required to quit smoking from Oct. 6.

“It’s important to note that October 2013 is difficult to compare, with VIP, bulk and total sales growing 28%, 45%, and 32% respectively,” McKnight added.

Analysts expect VIP sales to fall more than 30% in October and bulk sales to remain flat.

If the final monthly tally confirms analysts’ predictions, Macau casinos GGR will decline for the fifth straight month compared with the same month a year earlier. Macau casinos GGR declined 11.7% in September compared with the same month a year earlier, government data showed.

The slowdown has not been seen since the first and second quarters of 2009, following the global financial crisis of the fall of 2008. Since then, gaming sales have dropped 12.7% year-over-year in the first quarter of 2009, and 12% in the second quarter compared to the same period in 2008. 바카라사이트

Tough times to make Macau casinos even more powerful

Fancy Ho Chiu King (pictured), co-chairman of casino operator MGM China Holdings Ltd, said on Friday that a slump in Macau’s gross gaming revenue (GGR) will help Macau game operators become more efficient, competitive and ultimately stronger.

She said: “I’m not worried. Rather, I think it’s a good time for the [Macao] gaming industry.”

Mr. Ho had an interview with local media on the sidelines of a press conference suggesting the Global Tourism Economy Forum. The event will begin on Oct. 27 in Macau.

Ho said the slowdown indicates the city’s gaming industry is stabilizing, allowing casino operators to better plan for the future.

The businessman, who owns a 27% stake in MGM China, said casino operators in Macau are now better prepared to deal with volatility and are “not very sensitive to external factors.”

Macau casinos saw their GGR decline for the fourth straight month since June, which analysts cited as a combination of supply-side and demand-side factors.

Official data released last week by the Macau Game Inspection and Coordination Bureau showed VIP sales were down 19.1% year-over-year in the third quarter of 2014.

In an interview with Macau media, Ho said that the focus of the local gaming industry is shifting to complementary services such as entertainment. She said these services will be proportionally more important than conventional projects in the upcoming Kotai large-scale projects. At the 2014 Global Game Expo Asia, Ho said Macau casino operators are “hard at work” to push for diversification.

On Friday, Ho reiterated that all gaming concession companies are planning more non-gaming investments in new properties due to open between 2015 and 2017.

“I am confident that each of us [casino operators] are willing to follow that route, either alone or in collaboration with other agencies,” Radio Macau quoted Ho as saying. She did not elaborate.

Macau’s government has previously said the size of the allocation of game tables for new projects will be related to the size of the construction of out-of-game facilities.

Ms. Ho also talked about MGM Kotai Construction, a $2.9 billion property that the company is developing. She admitted that labor costs and construction staff shortages could delay the opening of a new casino resort scheduled for 2016. She had already talked about the city’s labor pains in July. 카지노사이트

In August, MGM Resorts International, the parent company of MGM China, changed its stance on the opening day of MGM Kotai and no longer told investors it would open the property “early in 2016.”

Macau VIP down 19% Y/Y in Q3

Macau Casino Games gross revenue fell 7% year-over-year to approximately 82.86 billion MOPs ($10.37 billion) in the third quarter of 2014, compared with $89.19 billion in the third quarter of 2013. Revenue was down 8.8% quarter-over-quarter.

The official quarterly figures, widely expected from unofficial estimates from investment analysts, were released on Thursday afternoon by the New York City Gaming Regulatory Agency, the Game Inspection and Coordination Bureau.

VIP Baccarat’s revenue fell 19.1% to $46.77 billion compared to $46.77 billion in the same period last year, a significant drop from $57.79 billion in the same period last year. VIP revenue accounted for 56.4% of total casino game revenue (GGR) for the quarter, falling below 60% for the first time.

However, in the three months to Sept. 30, mass market sales rose 16% year-over-year to 27.74 billion MOPs, compared with 23.83 billion MOPs a year earlier.

“It’s the lowest VIP mix since game liberalization in Macau,” Union Gaming Research Macau analysts Grant Gobsen and Felicity Chiang said in a note on Thursday.

“The combined high-yield business of popular market tables and slots continues to grow (15% year-over-year in the quarter), which is expected to last significantly over the next few years, so the revenue mix transition to the public market will continue,” they said. “However, once the VIP market recovers, we expect the mix transition to return VIPs to over 60% share.”

Macau casinos saw their gambling sales fall for the fourth straight month since June, with analysts citing a combination of supply-side and demand-side factors.

According to Deutsche Bank AG’s Karen Tang, VIP sales fell 17% in July and August from 14% year-over-year. “In September, junket rolling fell 25% year-over-year, the biggest drop since January 2009, further highlighting demand challenges,” Tang said in a note earlier this week.

On Wednesday night, Las Vegas Sands Corp reported third-quarter earnings, showing margin pressure in Macau’s premium mass segment. 슬롯사이트

Sheldon Adelson, chairman of Las Vegas Sands and local unit Sands China, told analysts in an earnings call that “despite some clear challenges in the Asian VIP gaming sector, we continued to execute our strategic goals during the quarter.”
